“New beginnings” is a 1-on-1 MM mentoring program, designed to support those that are currently working through a significant life change or personal challenge; seeking inspiration, guidance, healing and support to emerge stronger on the other end. This is a personalised, adventure-based journey of re-alignment, that teaches you to ‘metabolise’ the challenges of the present moment, to get you back in touch with your true power, love and wisdom. With the support of MM’s Medicine Wheel teachings, tools & training elements you will be guided through a ‘descent to soul process’ a journey of getting in touch with the voice of your spirit, and from there, a step-by-step return to the life you’re meant to live. This is not a coaching program, but rather an extended rite of passage journey, indigenous-inspired, nature-based, and oriented to the complexities and challenges of modern life”.
PROCESS
The focus of the Mentoring process, is to teach the Mountain Medicine interpretation and application of the Native American Medicine Wheel. As a map for individual and collective development, it may be deployed to incite a two-fold process of cultivating self awareness and self-actualisation towards greater power, love and wisdom. Together, we study the medicine wheel and practice it’s various therapeutic and ceremonial applications to both our personal lives and professional practice. The process we follow is largely tailored to group needs and seasonal conditions, but does follow the 4-step process represented by the MM Practice.
East - Spirit: “Cultivating a personal relationship with creation, discovering our unique place in the world, and shaping our own visionary journey to connect to the great mystery”.
South - Self: “Challenging misalignments in our daily lives, that prevent us from following our greater calling; addressing disruptive patterns and crafting nurturing, constructive and life-giving routines”.
